Experience Credits Paid to
Physicians Insured in
Group Term Life Program
for 35th Consecutive Year!

ellers & Co. is pleased to announce that physicians insured through the Group Term Life Program sponsored by the Physicians & Surgeons Insurance Trust are receiving a check for experience credits for the 2010-2011 experience year. This is the 35th consecutive year in which experience credits have been paid to physicians enrolled in this program. Experience credits are a return of premium and interest that are made possible by favorable group claims experience. Because the payment of these credits is based on experience, future payments cannot be guaranteed. This program is underwritten by ReliaStar Life Insurance Company of New York (a member of the ING family of companies) (Woodbury, NY).

For physicians insured in the Group Annual Term program, the payment amounts to the following percentages of premiums paid:

Under Age 45 ...........	21.1%;
Ages 45-59 ...............	15.2%;
Ages 60 and over ....	13.1%.

These physicians’ policy renewal premiums have also been reduced with a premium credit, as follows:

Under Age 45 ...........	40%;
Ages 45-59 ...............	33%;
Ages 60 and over ....	27%.

To date, $22,600,759.39 has been returned to participating physicians in the form of experience and premium credits and interest. This program has also enjoyed nine rate reductions and nine benefit extensions without extra cost.

For physicians insured in the Group Level Term program, an experience credit and interest payment is being paid in the amount of 5% of premiums paid.
