EFT service* is now available at NO COST to you! *this is available for life and disability policies billed directly from our office underwritten by the following carriers: Life Insurance Company of Boston & New York, MetLife, and Chubb. This is not available for policies currently paid by payroll deduction for employees of any branch of the County of Erie or City of Buffalo.
ONE-TIME PAYMENTS ONLINE
Online Payments are now accepted for most Agency-billed premiums. Please note, this service is not available for past & present employees of the County of Erie or City of Buffalo. Please call our office to review payment options.
This on-line payment service is processed by Xpress pay and they charge a fee for this service.
- The fee for eChecks is $2.95 per payment. You can pay multiple premiums, if owed, for this flat fee.
- Credit/Debit Card charges are $.68 plus 3.30% of the amount paid for each transaction.
Due to Insurance Department Regulations, the Agency cannot waive this charge.
Types of policies that can be paid online:
- Disability Income and Disability Overhead policies through Life Insurance Company of Boston & NY (LICOBNY)
- Group Annual Term and Group Level Term Life Insurance policies through ReliaStar Life Insurance Co. of NY
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment policies
- Safeguard / Hospital Indemnity Policies
