We are seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative, and Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative to add to our dynamic team.
Customer Sales and Service Representative
A typical day will include:
• Selling and providing service in life, disability, and property and casualty insurance
• Working with teammates and managers to develop your sales skills
• Reviewing current policies with customers to ensure they have the coverage needed to properly protect
them and their families
• Attending weekly sales meetings for feedback on how to best serve our customers, to learn about the
changing industry, and to review sales successes
• Documenting all communication in our contact management system
• Working with other departments to track progress of sales and service items
Qualifications and Experience:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a team setting while also being personally motivated
• Desire to help people obtain the insurance coverage they need for peace of mind
• We will cover the cost of insurance licensing if you don’t already have your insurance licenses in place
• Strong interpersonal skills, including customer communication by phone

Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative
A typical day will include:
- Working cohesively as a part of the P&C team
- Working closely with our sales team to quote and process new business
- Providing excellent customer service
- Contacting carriers to process changes to existing policies
- Issuing binders & Certificates of Insurance
- Assistance with reception desk coverage
Qualifications:
- Full time
- Success in insurance or related field very desirable
- P&C Licensed candidate a plus
- Reliability essential, positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
- Ability to thrive in a team setting while also being personally motivated
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience with Epic Agency Management System a plus
- Home Internet Connection and phone access for work from home as needed
