Customer Sales & Service Representative – Join Our Supportive Team!
What You’ll Do:
- Sell and service life, disability, business & personal lines insurance
- Help customers find the right coverage for peace of mind
- Attend weekly sales meetings for training and industry insights
- Collaborate with experienced team members and draw on resources of all departments to assist customers
- Develop product knowledge and sales skills with team support
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills (phone & email)
- No insurance license? We’ll cover the cost of training and licensing!

Compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and licenses held. We estimate base compensation to be in the range of $42,000 to $51,000 annually.
