Giving Back in 2025

At Sellers Insurance, serving our community goes far beyond providing insurance coverage. As a local, family-owned agency with deep roots in Western New York, we believe it is our responsibility to actively support the people and organizations that make our region strong. Throughout 2025, our team was proud to dedicate time, resources, and effort to several meaningful community initiatives.

Here are just a few of the ways we were honored to give back this year.

Supporting Sustainability

One of our most impactful initiatives this year was our E-Scrap Fundraiser. As a team, we collected and donated 664 pounds of electronic scrap, helping keep harmful materials out of landfills while promoting responsible recycling practices. In addition to the environmental benefits, this fundraiser supported two incredible local organizations: Camp Good Days and Special Times and the Ronald McDonald House of Western New York.

Camp Cleanup

Our team also rolled up their sleeves at Cradle Beach Camp, volunteering time to prepare the gardens and grounds for the 2025 camp season. This hands-on effort helped ensure the camp was ready to welcome children and families for a safe, welcoming, and memorable summer experience. It was a rewarding day of teamwork and service in support of an organization that plays an important role in our community.

Fighting Hunger

Addressing food insecurity remains a critical need across Western New York. This year, our agency organized a non-perishable food drive for FeedMore WNY, filling a barrel and a half with donated food items. These contributions were distributed to food banks and pantries throughout the region, helping provide meals and relief to individuals and families facing hunger.

Supporting Families In Need

During the holiday season, our team collected essential items for the Family Justice Center’s Holiday Hope Shop. This initiative helps support individuals and families impacted by domestic violence by providing gifts and necessities during a time of year that can be especially challenging. We were grateful for the opportunity to play a small role in bringing comfort, dignity, and hope to local families.

Looking Ahead

Community involvement is not a one-time effort—it’s an ongoing commitment. We are incredibly proud of our team’s dedication to making a positive difference throughout 2025, and we look forward to continuing to serve, support, and invest in Western New York in the years ahead.

Thank you to our employees, partners, and clients who help make this work possible. Together, we are stronger.
